After a four-way ICM deal, Alex 'Ezraw' Lavinthal came back from being the second-shortest stack to winning his first ever Run It Up gold trophy in the ever-popular H.O.R.S.E. event! He takes home $2,352, the trophy and the Last RIU Warrior standing Main Event seat.

In the last hand of the night, Bobby Gillette got the last of his chips in the middle with queens in Stud 8 or Better but Lavinthal held two pair nines and fives to clinch the pot and the tournament! Gillette settled for second place, taking home $1,547 after the deal.

This event was certainly a popular one, attracting 139 entries to almost triple the $5,000 guarantee! The prize pool rapidly grew to $13,900 paying out 24 spots and that sweet RIU gold. The tournament got harder and harder as the field shrank, bringing together a tough final seven players. Jimmy Cappucci was on his second final table in two days after taking down the PLO Knockout but unfortunately bowed out in 6th place.
