After Jaime Staples hit the rail in third, Derek Gomez (pictured right) and Nick Kiley (pictured left) made a deal. They chopped it evenly, but as per RIU rules, they played for 10% of the remaining prize pool.

On the river, with the board reading [5d][3h][2h][Qd][3d], they cap the betting with Kiley getting all in. They both announce a full house with Kiley showing [Jd][8h][3s][2c] and Gomez tabling [Qc][Qs][8d][5c].

Gomez wins the pot with a bigger full house and scoops the pot. He earns the $3,100, the trophy, and a seat into the Platinum Pass freeroll. Kiley earns $2,535 for his runner-up finish.
