What is your favorite Run it Up memory?
"Last year, Dan O'Brian was at a final table. There was a huge crowd. I was in cash and decided to check in. I walked up just in time to see him get [JxJx] in against [5h7h]. And I screamed, "hearts!" because I was furiously anti-sweating my good friend. And right on queue, the dealer put out three hearts! And he even had [Jh], so he had a sweat for a higher flush. He missed. The crowd went nuts. There's a great photo of it, with me with my arms out and Dan flipping me off. ...And Dan O'Brian was eliminated from the tournament."
"Probably receiving a birthday cake in the Black Chip Bounty tournament... even though it isn't my birthday! This is my third non-birthday birthday cake this years!"
"I think it was finally meeting Jason, though that was a TwitchCon. I bought him a turkey burger."
"It's gotta be being the Run it Up runner-up [in the Main Event] last year. But a very close second is meeting all of these awesome people. There's no one here I don't like!"
"My favorite Run it Up memory is winning my first RIU trophy last year in the $235 Black Chip Bounty Wendesday thrilla! I won every flip, I signed babies, it was wonderful."
"Early in my first Run it Up, this was 2 years ago, I took down the first tournament of the series with Jason [Somerville] and DMoon [Danielle Anderson] watching. During 3-handed play, Danielle came over and whispered some advice to me! I was like, 'oh my god!' And then I won the tournament!"
"Definitely winning the Run it Up Main Event the first time I came out here. That definitely made me more hungry to play more poker. Jason was coaching me during the breaks and stuff, and it turned out really well."
